✔️ Welfare Officer: 30 years
✔️ Supervisor: 30 years
✔️ Junior Draftsman: 28 years
✔️ Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years OBC, 10 years for PWD.
✅ Pay Scales:
✔️ Welfare Officer: Level A-2 ₹ 29000 - 110000
✔️ Supervisor: Level S-1 ₹ 26000 - 100000
✔️ Junior Draftsman: Pre-revised IDA pay scale ₹ 8350-20470
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Welfare Officer:
(1) Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) Rules,1966.
(2) Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director,Industrial Safety & Health,Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory.
(3) Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.
(4) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry / Factory as Welfare Officer/ Personnel Officer/ HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.
✔️ Supervisor:
(1) 1st class full time Diploma in relevant discipline or Higher qualification B.E. / B.Tech in relevant discipline.
✔️ Junior Draftsman (Mech.):
(1) Full time ITI certificate in Mechanical along with one year NAC certificate from NCVT.
(2) Five years of Post Qualification experience.
✅ Examination Fee:
✔️ ₹ 600/- for General / EWS and OBC (NCL) category candidates.
✔️ ₹ 200/- for SC / ST / Physically Challenge category candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment only.
✅ Selection Process: Online Test (objective type of questions)
Exam Pattern (Time Duration: 120 Minutes):
✔️ Professional knowledge – Supervisor (S1 level) & Junior Draughtsman Basic knowledge in the respective discipline / Professional knowledge – Welfare Officer - 72 Questions / 72 Marks
✔️ General Awareness - 12 Questions / 12 Marks
✔️ English Language - 12 Questions / 12 Marks
✔️ Logical Reasoning - 12 Questions / 12 Marks
✔️ Quantitative Aptitude - 12 Questions / 12 Marks
