✅ UPSC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Age, qualification and experience will be counted as on the closing date of online application, i.e. 16.10.2026. Age is further relaxable by up to 10 years for PwBD candidates.
1. Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology) – 01 Post (OBC)
- Age: 38 years for OBC.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognised University / Institute, with Associateship in Sugar Technology OR Post-graduate Diploma in Sugar Technology from a recognised University / Institute.
- Experience: 3 years’ teaching / research / advisory experience in Sugar Technology.
2. Assistant Legislative Counsel (Grade IV of ILS) – 08 Posts
- Age: 40 years for UR/EWS, 43 years for OBC and 45 years for SC.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent, AND any one of the following:
- Member of a State Judicial Service for not less than 7 years; OR
- Held a superior post in the legal department of a State for not less than 7 years; OR
- Central Government servant with experience in legal affairs for not less than 7 years; OR
- Master’s Degree in Law with teaching or research experience in Law for not less than 5 years; OR
- Qualified legal practitioner of not less than 30 years of age.
3. Law Officer, GNCT of Delhi – 03 Posts
- Age: 30 years for UR and 33 years for OBC.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognised Institute / University.
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in legal work as a Legal Practitioner OR 2 years’ experience in legal work in a Government Office.
4. Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale)–Cardiology, NDMC – 01 Post (OBC)
- Age: 48 years for OBC.
- Educational Qualification: Recognised medical qualification included in the First / Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the IMC Act, 1956, AND Post-graduate degree in the concerned speciality, i.e. D.M. (Cardiology) or equivalent as mentioned in Schedule VI.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the post-graduate degree.

- Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology): Pay Level-10 of 7th CPC.
- Assistant Legislative Counsel (Grade IV, ILS): Pay Level-11 of 7th CPC (Group A Gazetted, permanent, 2 years probation). Headquarters: New Delhi.
- Law Officer: Pay Level-07 of 7th CPC.
- Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale)–Cardiology: Pay Level-11 + NPA of 7th CPC.
