✅ NPCC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Executive Director (Engineering): Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent (PG Management/M.Tech preferred) + 22 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent).
- Joint General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) + 16 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent). Knowledge of GST & Ind AS desirable.
- Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) + 08 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent). Knowledge of GST & Ind AS desirable.
- Manager (HR): MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR/Personnel Management + 08 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent).
- Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) + 03 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent). Knowledge of GST & Ind AS desirable.
- Deputy Manager (Law): Graduate in Law (at Bar) (Additional PG in Law preferred) + 04 years post-qualification experience (with minimum 2 years in next below scale/CTC equivalent).
