1. Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) – GATE Paper Code: CS – 83 Posts
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (4 years) OR Master’s Degree in Science OR MCA in disciplines such as: Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Cloud Security, Digital Forensics, IoT, Quantum Computing and other relevant disciplines with ‘Computer Science / Information Technology’ as main subject. -
2. Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA) – GATE Paper Code: DA – 25 Posts
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology OR Master’s Degree in Science in disciplines such as: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Computational Science and other relevant disciplines related to Data Science & AI. -
3. Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC) – GATE Paper Code: EC – 25 Posts
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology OR Master’s Degree in Science in disciplines such as: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, VLSI Design, Robotics & Automation, Mechatronics, Drone Technology and other relevant disciplines with ‘Electronics’ as main subject. -
Valid GATE Score (Mandatory): Candidates must possess a valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score in the relevant paper code as per the discipline applied for.

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Shortlisting of candidates for Personal Interaction/Interview on the basis of valid GATE score in the ratio of 1:5 (discipline-wise & category-wise merit). Equal weightage given to GATE 2024, 2025 & 2026 scores.

Document Verification before the Interaction/Interview.

Personal Interaction/Interview (Maximum 50 marks) assessing Technical knowledge, Presentation/Communication skill and Academic performance.

Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 50% for UR and 40% for reserved categories.

Final Merit List prepared on the basis of aggregate: 60% weightage to GATE Score + 40% weightage to Interview marks.

Tie-breaking criteria: Higher GATE score → Higher marks in Technical section of Interview → Older in age.
