RRB ALP 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): 18 to 30 years for UR/EWS. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/ExSM/PwBD as per rules.
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation/SSLC + ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trades OR Course Completed Act Apprenticeship OR 3 years Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering.
- Candidates must meet A-1 Medical Standard (strict colour vision norms apply; LASIK not allowed).
Salary & Benefits
- Selected candidates will get a basic pay of ₹19,900 in Pay Level-2 as per 7th CPC along with Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance, and other benefits. In-hand salary is expected to be around ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month initially.
