✅ Scouts & Guides Qualification (Mandatory for both Levels):

• President Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder
• Active member of Scouts & Guides organization for the last 5 years (from 01.04.2019 onwards)
• Participation in Two National Level / All India Railways events AND Two State Level events
• Must have remained active during 2019-20, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 and continue to be active till date of application

Selection will be conducted separately for Level-2 and Level-1 posts through:

• Written Examination
• Assessment of Certificates / Scouting Achievements
• Document Verification
