- Qualification: Passed 10th Standard (Matriculation) with minimum 50% aggregate marks + National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) in relevant trade issued by NCVT.
- Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): 15-24 Years. Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
