HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years, Maximum 25 Years as on 02.03.2026 (Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC-NC, 10 Years for PwBD).
• Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation with minimum 60% aggregate marks (UR/OBC-NC) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).
• Passing Year: Degree completed on or after 01 April 2023.
• Other: Freshers eligible (no experience required). Must be registered on NATS 2.0 Portal. Only Indian nationals.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee 2026 Selection Process:

The selection will be based on Merit List prepared as per percentage of marks in qualifying examination. No Written Test or Interview.
