The Government of Nagaland, Office of the Director General of Police, invites online applications from eligible Indigenous Inhabitants Tribes of Nagaland (Male & Female) belonging to any Indigenous Naga Tribes for filling up 1176 posts of Constable (GD) through OPEN RALLY in the Nagaland Police Department. Non-Indigenous applicants shall not be eligible. This opportunity is for candidates meeting the educational and physical standards to serve in various districts of Nagaland.

- Eligible only for Indigenous Inhabitants Tribes of Nagaland (Male/Female) belonging to any Indigenous Naga Tribes. Non-Indigenous applicants not eligible.
- District-specific: Apply against only one district as per tribal ratio; must be resident with supporting documents.
- Educational: Class-6 Passed (or higher) for Backward Tribes; Class-8 Passed (or higher) for other Naga Tribes from NBSE or equivalent recognised Board.
- Physical Standards (PST - Qualifying): Male - Height 162 cm, Chest 78/83 cm; Female - Height 152 cm, Chest 74/79 cm; Weight proportionate to height.
- Medical Fitness: No colour blindness, vision 6/6 & 6/9, no deformities, etc. (Detailed disqualifying conditions apply).
