✅ AIASL Customer Service Executive Age Limit:
For Senior Customer Service Executive: Maximum 33 years. Age relaxation 03 years for OBC Category and 05 years for SC / ST Category candidates.
For Customer Service Executive: Maximum 28 years. Age relaxation 03 years for OBC Category and 05 years for SC / ST Category candidates.
✅ AIASL Customer Service Executive Salary:
For Senior Customer Service Executive: ₹ 28,605/- per month
For Customer Service Executive: ₹ 27,450/- per month
✅ AIASL Customer Service Executive Eligibility Criteria:
For Senior Customer Service Executive Posts:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized University / Institute.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the area or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing computerized passenger check in/ cargo handling.
✔️ Should be proficient in use of Computer / PC.
✔️ Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
For Customer Service Executive Posts:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university.
✔️ Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
✔️ Should be proficient in use of PC.
✔️ Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
