MPRDC Recruitment Age Limit:
✔️ DGM: 63 years
✔️ AGM: 60 years
✔️ Legal Assistant: 45 years
MPRDC Recruitment Pay Scale:
✔️ For Manager: Pay Matrix Level 12 ₹ 56100 - 177500/-
✔️ For Junior Engineer: Pay Matrix Level 09 ₹ 36200 - 114800/-
MPRDC Recruitment Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Deputy General Manager:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from AICTE approved Institute.
(2) Minimum 15 years experience, especially in the field of Road Projects.
(3) Retired from the similar post of EE or AE in Government / PSUs.
✔️ Assistant General Manager:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from AICTE approved Institute.
(2) Currently working on the similar post.
(3) Minimum 05 years experience, especially in the field of Road Project.
✔️ Legal Assistant:
(1) Law Graduate (LLB) with minimum 05 years experience as Legal Assistant or equivalent in Government / PSUs / Semi Govt or LLM Degree (Corporate Laws).
(2) Experience in Handling cases related to arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 and MP Madhyastham Act 1983.
(3) Preference will be given to the candidate from NLUs.
