Naini Aerospace Limited Recruitment 2022 of 05 Various Posts: Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) invites applications from Qualified and experienced professionals for recruitment of following Officer and Engineer positions on Contract - Fixed Term Tenure Appointment (FTA) Basis initially for a period of four years in the factory situated at UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. ✅ NAeL Recruitment Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for all above posts as on 15/10/2022.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Salary: ₹ 3.6 Lakh to ₹ 4.5 Lakh per annum depending upon their experience, last CTC etc.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ HR Officer: Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc. Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
✔️ Finance Officer: Bachelor's Degree with a pass in final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
✔️ Engineer (IT): BE/ BTech in Computer Science or IT with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
✔️ Engineer (Production): BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production Engg. with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
✔️ Security Officer: Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers' Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces or equivalent qualification.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Selection Process:
✔️ Screening.
✔️ Personal Interview.
✔️ Date, Time and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the short-listed/ eligible
candidates via E-mail / NAeL Website.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Exam Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- only for General / OBC category candidates.
✔️ The fee has to be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “Naini Aerospace Limited” payable at SBI SME Branch, Naini, Prayagraj.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PwBD.
