✔️ General Manager (P&BD): Must be a Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized University / Institute with an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing / Finance. The candidate should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Business Development / Property Development in Urban Transport

✔️ JGM / DGM (Design): Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M.E / M.Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable. The candidate should have minimum post-qualification experience of 13 years for DGM and 15 years for JGM.

- Should have 2 years of post-qualification executive experience and proven track record including preparation of EIA work/report for various construction projects.
