✅ NHDC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Chief Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering (OR) Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology. Minimum 14 years Marketing and Technical experience.
✔️ Senior Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years). Minimum 12 years experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years). Minimum 08 years experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager (HR): Master of Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or HR /Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt. / Master of Personnel Mgt./ Master of Social Work
(MSW). Minimum 08 years experience.
✔️ Assistant Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) (OR) M.Com or B.Com degree. Minimum 6 years experience in case of CA/ ICWA(CMA) or MBA (8 years in case of
CA/ICWA(CMA) - Inter & 11 years in case of M.Com/ B.Com.
