The IREL (India) Limited invites online applications from eligible, qualified, talented, energetic, and dynamic Indian Nationals for recruitment of Graduate Trainee, Diploma Trainee, Junior Supervisor, Fitter, Tradesman Trainee (ITI) and Personal Secretary positions on regular basis for its various Projects / Units / Offices. ✅ IREL Recruitment Age Limit:

✅ IREL Recruitment Salary / Pay Scale:

(1) Non-Unionized Supervisory Category Posts: S1 / S0 Grade ₹ 25000 - 68000/-
(2) Non-Executive (Workmen) Category Posts: W-3 Grade ₹ 22000 - 88000/-

✅ IREL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Graduate Trainee (Finance): CA intermediate or CMA intermediate / Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for UR, OBC(NCL) & EWS candidates and 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates.

✔️ Graduate Trainee (HR): Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for UR and OBC (NCL) candidates and 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates.

✔️ Diploma Trainee (Technical): 03 years Diploma in Mining / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from an Institute recognized by AICTE or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for UR, OBC(NCL) & EWS candidates and 50% marks in aggregate for SC & ST candidates.

✔️ Junior Supervisor (Rajbhasha): Master's Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree
level; (OR) Master's degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

✔️ Personal Secretary: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree
level with Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and Stenographic skills. Knowledge of Computer is essential and shall be proficient in MS Office, etc. Minimum 01 year relevant post qualification experience.

✔️ Tradesman Trainee (ITI): Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a Board recognized by the State/ Central Government with ITI / NAC with two years experience in the relevant Trade (Fitter / Electrician / Instrumentation / Chemical).

✅ IREL Recruitment Selection Process:

(1) Written Test
(2) Skill Test / Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test

✅ IREL Recruitment Exam Syllabus:

✔️ Graduate Trainee / Junior Supervisor / Personal Secretary:

Paper I (50 Marks) - Subject Knowledge.
Paper II (50 Marks ) - General Knowledge, Numerical ability, Reasoning ability and General English.

✔️ Diploma Trainee:

Paper I (50 Marks) - Section-A: Subject Knowledge would consist of questions for testing basic knowledge of General Engineering,  Section-B: The knowledge of specific discipline. Paper II (50 Marks) - General Knowledge, Numerical ability,
Reasoning ability and General English.

✔️ Tradesman Trainee (ITI):

Paper I (50 Marks) - Subject Knowledge would consist of questions for testing the knowledge of relevant Trades.
Paper II (50 Marks) -  General Knowledge, Numerical ability, Reasoning ability and General English.

✅ IREL Recruitment Application Fee:

(1) A Non refundable fee of ₹ 472/- (inclusive of GST) for General / OBC category candidates.
(2) No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / ESM category, Women and Internal candidates.
(3) The fee can be made through online payment mode using internet banking account or Credit/ Debit card.

➢ Eligible candidates should submit their application online mode only @ IREL Online Application Portal (jobapply.in/irel/2022/trainee/).
➢ The online portal for submission of application will be available from 17th June 2022 to 14th July  2022.
