✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 1st July 2017.
✔️ Age relaxation as per Uttar Pradesh Government Rules.
✅ Pay Scale: ₹ 9300 – 34800/- + Grade Pay ₹ 4600/- (Revised Pay Scale Level-7 Pay Matrix ₹ 44900 - 142400/-)
✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ Have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
✔️ Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council or possess diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
✔️ Possess registration certificate from U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Psychiatry or Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwives From the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.

✔️ Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
✔️ Main (Written) Examination
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 125/- for Unreserved (General) / OBC
✔️ ₹ 65/- for SC / ST / Ex-Army
✔️ ₹ 25/- for Physically Handicapped (Divyangjan).
✅ How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates apply online through UPPSC Online Portal (uppsc.up.nic.in). The last date for submission of online applications is 21/02/2022.
✔️ First Stage: Visit UPPSC Online Application Portal uppsc.up.nic.in -> Notifications/ Advertisements. On clicking ”Apply”, Candidate Registration will be displayed. Basic Registration form will be displayed on clicking the 'Candidate Registration' respective to Examination.
✔️ Second Stage: After filling online application form, The candidates are required to fill application fee - Click , 'Fee to be deposited [in INR]' shall be displayed with caption ”Click here to proceed for payment". The payment will be made through Online payment mode using Net Banking / Card Payments / Other Payment modes.
✔️ Third Stage: On completion of the procedure of second stage, click on ”Proceed for final submission of application form” as a result of which 'format' shall be displayed.
