✔️ Manager: E-3 ₹ 60000 - 180000/-
✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ Chief General Manager (HRM): Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / MBA / MA / MSW (02 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed and recognized Universities / Institution approved by AICTE. Minimum 24 years experience.
✔️ Chief Manager (Projects) / Senior Manager (Projects): Graduate in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). Minimum 12 / 19 years experience.
✔️ Manager (Security): Should be a Graduate and not below the rank of captain in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy / Indian Air Force working / retired from Indian Defence Services on should be a graduate and not below the Rank of Dy. Commandant or equivalent.
