✅ Age Limit: (As on 31/12/2021)
✔️ 25 - 35 years for Generalist Officer Scale II
✔️ 25 - 38 years for Generalist Officer Scale III
✔️ Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL). Plus 10 years for PwBD.
✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ Scale II: ₹ 48170 – (1740/1) - 49910 – (1990/10) – 69810/-
✔️ Scale III: ₹ 63840 – (1990/5) – 73790 – (2220/2) – 78230/-
✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ Generalist Officer Scale II:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. (OR) Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
(2) Post qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit related areas / Branch Head / Incharge is preferable.
✔️ Generalist Officer Scale III:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. (OR) Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
(2) Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.
