Age Limit: 35 to 50 years as on 1st January 2020.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law or Degree with LLB. detailed qualification check out official notification.
Recruitment Period: Candidates selected for appointment shall be on probation for a period of one year. The period of probation shall continue even after the expiry of such period until and unless such service is expressly confirmed.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay ₹ 1000/- as Examination Fee (₹ 500/- for SC / ST and OH candidates from Bihar). The fee should be made through online payment mode via Patna High Court website.
Selection Process: Written Test, Viva Voce and Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates apply online through Patna High Court Official website. The online registration will be open from 21st February 2020. The last date for registration of online applications is 21/03/2020 up to 23:59 Hours. The candidates will be able to upload their scanned photograph, signature and declaration on the website of the Court only after 24 hours of making successful payment online. After filling up the necessary details, a candidate will have to press the 'submit button', after which, a registration number will be generated.
