Bihar Post Matric Scholarship (PMS Bihar) 2021-22 Online registration started. Directorate of Collegiate Education, Bihar Post-Matric Scholarship for the academic year 2021-22 from students belonging to minority communities (Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhists/Sikh / Jain and Parsis) to be awarded by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
Bihar POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP 2021-22 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2021-22 Online started. Last date for registration is 31-10-2021. Last date for Post Matric Scholarship Renewal is 31-12-2021.
Post Matric Scholarship (PMS Bihar) 2021-22 applications are to be submitted online through the website of Directorate of Collegiate Education, https://ift.tt/2UYmHLG / https://ift.tt/2XncDgt. PMS Bihar 2021-22 Instructions and notification, application submission date and other related in-formations will be available on https://ift.tt/2UYmHLG.
For Universities/Institutes/Colleges/Schools : All Universities/ institutes/Colleges/Schools, where a minority student is studying, should get themselves registered (if not done earlier) on National Scholarship Portal by 31st July, 2021.

- Application Last Date (For 2021-22 Session): 31-12-2021
- Application Last Date (For 2019-20 & 2020-21 Session): 15-11-2021
ELIGIBILITY CONDITION FOR APPLYING Bihar POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP (PMS Bihar) 2021-22
a) Should be the First Year student of
i. Plus Two/ UG/ PG/ Ph.D Course of Higher Secondary School/ College/ Institutes/ University, which is either a Govt/ Aided/Recognised Unaided Institution.
OR
ii. 11th Class/Technical/ Vocational Course of ITI/ITC Centres affiliated to NCVT.
OR
iii. Course, other than those listed in under merit-cum-means scholarship scheme. The names of courses listed under Merit-cum-means scholarship are given in See Instructions for details.
b. Should belong to Minority Community (Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhists/ Sikh/ Zoroastrians or Parsis).
c. Should have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous Board/ University Examination.
d. The Annual Family Income should not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs.
e. Should not be availing any other Scholarship or Stipend.

Other Relevant Information
a. Scholarships will not be given to more than two students in a family.
b. The scholarships will be sanctioned in accordance with the criterion laid down by the Central Government.
RENEWAL OF PMS SCHOLARSHIP
RENEWAL OF SCHOLARSHIP : The scholarship, once awarded, may be renewed during the next academic year of the course on the production of certificate that the student has secured 50% marks in the previous year’s examination (provided the students pursues the same course and same Institute/School).
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING Bihar PMS 2021-22
Documents to be Enclosed along With the Registration Printout.
The scheme is implemented through National Scholarship Portal (NSP). It is mandatory for all students to apply online on the website of this Ministry www.scholarships.gov.in.
The list of documents to be scanned and uploaded for both Fresh and Renewal Scholarships as under:
a) Student Photo. (Mandatory).
b) Institution Verification Form. (Mandatory).
c) Self declaration of Income Certificate by the student. (Mandatory).
d) Self declaration of community by the student. (Mandatory).
e) In case of Fresh: Self Attested Certificate of ‘Previous Academic Mark
sheet’ as filled in Form. (Mandatory).
f) In case of Renewal: Self-Attested Certificate of Previous Year Marksheet
as filled in the Form. (Mandatory).
g) Fee Receipt of current course year. (Mandatory).
h) Proof of Bank Account in the name of student. (Mandatory).
i) Aadhaar Card (optional).
j) Residential Certificate. (Mandatory).

- There Is No Any Application Fee Required For Post Matric Scholarship Application Form.
