✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 55 years as on 1st October 2021.
✅ Pay Scale: As per Advertisement.
✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ Chief of Properties and Monetization Officer: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/ Premiere institute preferred)/ Post Graduate, having studied subjects such as assets management/ real estate/ civil engineering, will be preferred. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Chief of Personnel and Administration: Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/ Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR or its equivalent Post Graduate Masters Degree (2 years course) /Diploma with core subjects like Personnel
Management/vHuman Resources/vIR. The candidates having Legal qualifications Bachelor of Law (LLB) shall be preferred. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Deputy- Chief Finance Officer: Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Or Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager- Personnel and Administration: Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR or its equivalent Post Graduate Masters Degree (2years course) / Diploma with core subjects like Personnel Management/Human Resources/IR. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager-Properties and Monetization: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (2 years course)- full time from B School/Premiere institute preferred)/ Post Graduate having studied
subjects such as assets management/real estate/civil engineering, will be preferred. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager- Legal and Corporate: Masters Degree in law (LLM) OR Masters of Business Administration (MBA full time from B School/ Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Legal and regulatory matters OR CS with LLB. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager-Finance and Accounts: Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India or a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Officer- Personnel and Administration: Graduate Degree having studied subjects such as Personnel Management/ Human Resources Or Bachelor of Business Administration-BBA or equivalent (with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR). Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Officer-Properties and Civil Works: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.tech), preference for the candidates who have studied subjects such as assets management/ real estate/ civil engineering. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Officer-Finance and Accounts: Commerce Graduate having passed Chartered Accountant (Inter) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant (Inter) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
