✅ Consolidated Pay: ₹ 1,25,000/- per month with an annual increment of ₹ 5,000/-

✅ Qualification and Experience:

✔️ General Manager (Works):

(1) Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering. Additional Degree/ Diploma in Management will be preferred.
(2) Minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a similar senior managerial position in cement industry.

✔️ General Manager (Finance):

(1) Graduate with ACA, additional qualification of ACS preferred.
(2) Minimum 18 years experience out of which atleast 05 years as Head of Accounts/ Finance in a large manufacturing Unit. Flair in the Management of Funds, cost and profitability required.
