Educational Qualifications:
Project Engineers: Full-Time BE/ B.Tech engineering graduate in Civil discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate of all the years/ semesters. Minimum 02 years work experience.
Project Supervisors: Full-Time Diploma in Civil discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate of all the years/ semesters. Minimum 01 year work experience at Project construction Sites.

Upper Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 1st April 2019. The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC / ST (by 05 years) and OBC (NCL) (by 03 years).
Emoluments and Pay Scale: During 01 year training, Basic pay of ₹ 50,000/- per month, After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/ Executives in the scale of pay of ₹ 60,000 - 1,80,000/- with a basic pay of ₹ 60,000/-
