✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ General Manager (Works): B.Tech or MBA / B.Tech + MBA
✔️ General Manager (Technical): B.Tech / B.Tech + MBA
✔️ Additional General Manager (Mines): B.Tech / B.Tech + MBA
✔️ Manager (Mines): B.Tech (Mining) or Higher Qualification in Mining + MBA or Higher Professional Qualification.
✅ Selection Process: Test / Interview.
