✅ Remuneration:
✔️ 1st year – ₹ 23,300/- per month
✔️ 2nd year - ₹ 24,000/- per month
✔️ 3rd year - ₹ 24,800/- per month
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Serang: VII standard pass and valid Serang / Lascar cum Serang Certificate issued by the Competent Authority under the relevant statutes. Minimum 01 year experience as Serang of a Motor Boat.
✔️ Engine Driver: VII standard pass and valid Engine driver Certificate issued by the Competent Authority under the relevant statutes. Minimum one year experience as Engine Driver of a Motor Boat.
✅ Selection Process: Walk in Selection.

✅ Age Limit:

✅ Pay Scale: E-2 Grade ₹ 50000 – 160000 (CTC ₹ 16 lakhs)
✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
Deputy Manager (Electronics):
✔️ Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum of 60% marks.
✔️ Minimum 07 years post qualification experience in Shipbuilding/ ShipRepair/ Heavy Engineering company & related Engineering companies/ Government Companies/ Establishments/ Semi-Government Companies/ Establishments.
Deputy Manager (IT):
✔️ Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology with 60% of marks from a recognized University.
✔️ Minimum of seven years post qualification experience in Shipyard/ Engineering Company/ Banks/ Government Establishments including Public Sector Undertakings/ Private Information Technology (IT) or Information Technology Enabled Services(ITES) Companies/ Semi-Government Companies/ Establishments/ Autonomous Bodies.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Qualifying Engg Degree Marks: 20% Marks
✔️ Work Experience in the relevant job/ area: 40% marks
✔️ Power Point Presentation: 10% marks
✔️ Group Discussion: 10% marks
✔️ Personal Interview: 20% marks
