Age Limit: A candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years as on 11th April 2020. Age relaxation as per Government rules.
Educational Qualifications:
(1) A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline form a recognized institute / university.
(2) Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography (English) - (a) Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 WPM, (b) Transcription: 50 mts (English), Skill test shall be done in Computer. An average of 5 key depressions for each work, (c) 5% permissible mistakes in transcription would apply in speed test.
Selection Process: Written Examination (Objective type) and Viva Voce.

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) from any of the UGC recognized Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institution established by an Act or Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 or possess such qualification as me be declared equivalent by the Government.
Selection Process: APPSCCE Exams and Viva Voce. The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive (APPSCCE) shall comprise of two successive stages.
(A) Preliminary Examination [Objective Type) for the selection of candidates
for the Main Examination.
(B) The Main Examination (written and Interview) for selection of candidates for various services and posts.
