Discipline wise Vacancies: Mining - 10, Personnel - 06, Finance and Accounts - 06, Marketing - 02, Material - 02, Process - 06, Contract Management - 04.

Upper Age: 30 years as on 9th March 2020. Age relaxation – 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST and Extra 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.

Pay Scale: E-2 Grade ₹ 50,000 - 1,60,000/- at the initial basic of ₹ 50,000/- per month.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate Trainee (Mines) -> B.E./ B.Tech Mining or equivalent with minimum 60% Marks.

Graduate Trainee (Process - Chemical) -> B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

Graduate Trainee (Process - Metallurgy) -> B.E/ B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

Graduate Trainee (Process - Mineral Processing) -> M.Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

Management Trainee (Material) -> Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent. MBA   in   Materials   Management/ Post  Graduate  Diploma (2  years)  in Materials Management with minimum 60% marks.

Management Trainee (Marketing) -> MBA (Full Time) in Marketing / Foreign Trade or minimum 2 years (Full Time) P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management /Foreign Trade with minimum 60% marks (OR) Engineering Graduate (Full Time) with PG Degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Foreign Trade with minimum 60% marks.

Management Trainee (Contract Management) -> Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with MBA in Finance/ Materials Management or minimum 2 years PG Diploma in Finance/Materials Management with minimum 60% marks.

Management Trainee (Personnel/ Welfare) -> P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks (OR) P.G.Degree/ Diploma in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies with minimum 60% marks.Or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to Law Graduate.

Management Trainee (Finance and Accounts) -> CA/ ICWA/ CMA.

Selection Process: Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview. The Test will be held Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune & Nagpur.

Computer based Online Test: The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes(in one sitting) consisting of Objective Type question (MCQ) (85 marks) break-up of which is General Knowledge/Reasoning for 20 marks, General English for 20 marks and Subject Knowledge will be for 45 marks.Question paper will be available both in Hindi & English.However, in case of any error in Hindi version, the English version of the question shall be valid & final.

Chief Manager (Mines)

Senior Manager (Mechanical)

B.E/ B.Tech engineering graduate in Mechanical or equivalent. Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.

Civil Overseer

Diploma in Civil Engineering

Winding Engine Driver-II

SSC Pass / Matric or 12th Pass. 1st class Winding Engine Drivers Certificate of Competency.

Selection Process: Written Test / Trade Test and Personal Interview.
