Consolidated Pay: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month with an annual increment of ₹ 5,000/-
Qualification and Experience:
(1) Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering. Additional Degree/ Diploma in Management will be preferred.
(2) Minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a similar senior managerial position in cement industry.

Qualification & Experience:
Geologist -> Post Graduate Degree in Geology. Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field.
Mines Surveyor -> SSLC (Matriculation) with statutory Mines Surveyor Certificate of Competency. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Shift in Charge -> Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience as Miller in a Dry process cement plant.
Foreman (Mining) -> Diploma in Mining Engineering. Minimum 5 years experience in mechanized open cast Mines.
Foreman (Electrical) -> Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Certificate of Competency of Electrical Supervisor duly approved by Director General of Mines Safety Electrical Section. Minimum 5 years in installation and maintenance of Electrical equipment's in an Industrial undertaking.
