Eligibility:
General Manager (Finance) -> CA / CMA + 20 years post qualification executive experience.
DGM (HRM) -> Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / MBA with specialization in HR Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or any equivalent course. Post Graduate Diploma (1 Year duration and above) in the above areas will be considered for the candidates from Ex-Serviceman category. Minimum 15 years experience.
Senior Officer (Security) -> Graduate and not below the rank of a Lieutenant or equivalent working/ retired from Indian Defence Services or should be a graduate and not below the rank of Asst. Commandant or equivalent in Para Military Services viz. CISF,CRPF, BSF etc.
