Educational Qualifications:
Human Resources -> MBA / PGDBM of minimum 2 years duration with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Labour Management/Labour Administration/Labour Studies. Should have minimum 19 years (for JGM post) / 16 years (for DGM post)of which 5 years of experience should be at Middle Management level in Engineering /Manufacturing industry.
Finance -> CA /CMA/ ICWA. Should have minimum 16 years (for DGM post) / 13 years (for AGM post) / 9 years (for Manager post) / 5 years (for Dy. Manager post) experience.
Marketing -> Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 16 years experience.
Medical Officer -> Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Technical 'A or 'B' -> BE with MBA in Marketing, BE in Computer Science / IT. Engineering Graduates who have undergone apprentice training in HMT will be given preference for the post of executive -Technical 'A' (OR) Candidates preferably with a experience of 1-2 years in any of the above areas can apply for the post of Executive- Technical 'B'.
Junior Associate 'A' -> Degree in BSc / B.Com / BA. Candidates should have working knowledge of MS Office, Tally etc., candidates with knowledge of shorthand will be preferred.
Senior Associate 'A' or 'B' -> Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other Diploma with Mechanical Background. Diploma holders who have undergone apprentice training in HMT will be given preference OR Candidates preferably with an experience of 1-2 years in any of the any Discipline can apply for the post of Senior Associate 'A' or 'B'. Fresher may also be considered based on the performance in the interview.
Junior Associate 'B' -> ITI in any discipline with Mechanical background.
