Educational Qualification and Post Qualification Experience:
General Manager (Works)/ Dy. General Manager (Works) -> Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering + 25 / 22 years experience.
Dy. General Manager (Production) -> Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering + Minimum 22 years experience.
Assistant Manager (Safety) -> Degree in Safety Engineering /Mechanical Engineering. Should possess a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central / State Government. Minimum 05 years experience.
Assistant Manager (Welding Coordination) -> Degree in Mechanical/
Metallurgical/ Production Engineering. Diploma in Welding Coordination and Welding Inspection offered by Indian or International Institutes of Welding confirming to ISO14731 (IWT /IWE) preferred. ASNT NDT LEVEL II Visual Testing (VT) qualification preferred. Minimum 05 years experience.
Supervisor (Production) -> Degree / Diploma in Engineering- in Mechanical
Engineering. Minimum 05 / 08 years experience.
Supervisor (Commercial) -> Bachelor's Degree + 10 years PQ experience.
Supervisor (Technical) -> BCA / MCA + 10 years PQ experience.
