Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on 1st january 2020. i.e. Must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1990 and not later than 1st January 2002.
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Clerk/ Accounts Clerk: Passed 12th Std (+ 2 Stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for the post of Jr.Clerk/Accounts Clerk. 50% marks is not insisted upon in the case of SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates and also in the case of candidates who possess qualification higher than the essential minimum prescribed educational qualification.
Technician Grade-III: Matriculation Plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA)/ ITI approved by NCVT for the post of Technician Gr.lll. Please note that Act Apprenticeship/ ITI is only acceptable and no other qualification including Diploma in Engineering is accepted as an alternative qualification on the ground of being a higher qualification in the same line of training.
Exam Fee: ₹ 500/- for General and OBC category; ₹ 250/- for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PWD, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes.
Selection Process: Written Test and Assessment of Talent.
How to Apply: The applications (A-4 size good quality paper) filled in all respects as per prescribed format along with required documents must be sent only through ordinary post addressed to "The Senior Personnel Officer. Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka. Bangalore 560064". The cover shall be super scribed as "Application for Group 'C post in Level-2 of VII CPC Pay Matrix against Cultural Quota for the year 2019-20"'.
The application should reach the above Addressee on or before 17.00 hours of 21/01/2020. For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti districts and Pangi sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman, Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands and for the candidates residing abroad, the closing date for receipt of applications by post will be 17.00 hours of 28/01/2020.
