East Coast Railway Apprentice Notification 2019-20 has been released on December 2019. Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Bhubaneswar invites online applications for engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 over East Coast Railway for the year 2019-2020. The closing date for registration of online applications is 6th January 2020.

Vacancy Trades: Fitter, Sheet Metal Worker, Welder, Machinist, Mechanic, Carpenter, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Wireman, D/Man, Plumber, Mason, Refrigeration and AC Mechanic etc.
Age Limit: 15 to 24 years as on 28th December 2019. Age relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC.
Educational Qualification:
(1) Matriculation (10th class) examination or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Candidates should possess the National Trade Certificate in concerned trade issued by NCVT / SCVT.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be calles for Document / Certificate Verification.
Application Fee: ₹ 100/- for General and OBC category candidates; No fee for SC / ST, PWDs and Women candidates. The fee payment will have to be made online payment gateway using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / e-wallets etc.

Stipend: As per extant rules & directives issued by Railway Board from time to time.
Minimum Educational Qualification:

(2) The candidates should possess the National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the concerned trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Application Fee: A Non-Refundable fee of ₹ 100/- for General and OBC Category Candidates. The Application Fee payment will have to be made through online payment gateway. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates.

The stages in registration are as follows:-
Preliminary Stage - I -> Select Unit, Sub Unit and Trade and Disability (if any) and confirm.
Preliminary Stage - II -> Candidate's basic details including email id/ mobile No. etc.
Activation Stage - III -> Validation of Email ID & Registration Number generation and email/sms will be sent to the email id /mobile no. registered.
Documents Uploading Stage - V -> Upload of Scanned Photograph & Signature.(if applicable).
Payment Stage-VI -> Payment of Application Fees of ₹ 100 (if applicable)
