NIIST Thiruvananthapuram invites online applications from eligible Indian Nationals having excellent academic record with requisite experience to fill up the posts of Technical Assistant, Senior Technical Assistant and Medical Officer. The last date for submission of online applications is 9th October 2019.

Essential Qualifications:
Medical Officer -> M.B.B.S. with MD (from a recognized University) or equivalent and having Medical Council of India registration / M.B.B.S. with 55% marks from a recognized University and having Medical Council of India registration.
Senior Technical Assistant -> M.Lib. Sc. with 55% marks after 1st Class B.Sc. (Science) plus two years experience.
Technical Assistant -> 1st class B.Sc (ScL) with Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry/ Physics/ Environmental Science/ Biotechnology or Microbiology/ Electronics as one of the subject with one year full time Professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/Organisation (OR) 1st class Diploma in Electrical/ Chemical Engineering of at least 3 years full time duration or atleast 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 2 years in the relevant area/field.
Selection Process: OMR Based or Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination / Trade Test / Interview.
Application Fee: ₹ 100/- pay through Net Banking.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply on-line through CSIR-NIIST website on or before 09/10/2019 up to 5:30 PM. The duly signed print out of the computer generated application form (hard copy) along with self attested copies of certificates, mark-sheets, testimonials in support of age, educational qualifications, experience, caste certificate, if applicable, and proof of application fee remittance should be sent in an envelope super scribed “ Application for the post of ____ (Post Code ____) by post so as to reach The Controller of Administration, CSIR-NIIST, Industrial Estate P.O, Thiruvananthapuram-695019, Kerala on or before 18/10/2019 up to 5.30 PM.
