(1) Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with good academic records. (2) Should have at least 18/15 years of post-qualification experience. |

(1) Graduate from a recognized University with Company Secretary (CS) qualification from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates with LLB degree will be an added advantage. (2) Should have minimum18/15 years of Post qualification experience. |
