(a) Mining Sirdar Certificate of competency issued by DGMS (OR) Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying and Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS.
(b) Valid Gas Testing Certificate issued by DGMS.
(c) Valid First Aid Certificate.
Surveyor (Mining) ->
(a) Matriculation and Surveyor's Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS (OR)
(b) Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying ; and Surveyor's Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.
Application Fee (A Non-Refundable): ₹ 100/- for General and OBC Category Candidates. The fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) from any nationalized Bank in favour of "Western Coalfields Limited, Nagpur" payable at Nagpur. Name of the candidate and post applied for should be written on the back side of the demand draft. No fee for SC / ST Category candidates.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test. The test shall be of objective nature type with multiple choice. Answers having 100 questions for two hours duration. Pass marks for written test shall be 40% for general candidates, 35% for OBC and 30% for SC/ST.
