NHM Maharashtra invites applications from eligible Nursingm Ayurvedic and Unani graduates for 6/8 months Certificate Programme in Community Health from candidates who are willing & enthusiastic to serve the community. The Certificate programme will be implemented by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) in Maharashtra. The NRHM Mumbai recruitment of Community Health Officer for filling up total 5716 vacancies. The last date for receipt of applications is 1st July 2019.

Community Health Officer	5716	₹ 10,000/- per month during the certificate programme. After appointment at Sub-Centre, CHO will be paid Base Salary of ₹ 25,000/- per month consolidated + Performance based incentive up to ₹ 15000/- as decided by government norms

Eligibility:

(1) Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine / Bachelors in Unani Medicine / Bachelors in Nursing from a recognized university.
(2) A valid registration from Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine/ Maharashtra Nursing council are eligible.

Selection Process: Entrance Examination. The exam will be conducted on 21/07/2019 between 11 am to 1 pm in selected exam centres at the level of Deputy Director, Health Services.

Application Fee: The fees for application form is ₹ 100/- for reserved category and ₹ 150/- for candidate in Open category. The fees has to be paid through Demand draft (DD) of Nationalised bank drawn in favour of respective Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS).

How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to apply in the enclosed application form and submit the completed application form with one set of self-attested photocopies of essential documents and Demand draft (DD) at office of Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS) for respective districts as per choice of district of appointment on or before 5.30 pm on 01/07/2019 by post/ by hand/ by courier.
