Educational Qualifications:
| General Manager (Plant) –> | 1st class Degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 25 years experience. |
| General Manager (Marketing and Distribution) –> | 1st class Degree in Agriculture + Full time MBA in Marketing. Minimum 25 years experience. |
| Company Secretary –> | Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Officers should have total 15 years’ experience with a post qualification experience of five years in Company Secretarial functions. |
| Safety Officer –> | 1st class Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology with Diploma in Industrial Safety. Minimum 05 years experience. |
| Welfare Officer –> | First Class degree in Master of Labour Management or Post Graduate degree in Social Work or Social Welfare. Minimum 05 years experience. |
| Manager (Electrical) –> | 1st class BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience. |
| Manager (Instrumentation) –> | First Class B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience. |
| Deputy Manager (Civil) –> | First Class B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Civil. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience. |
| Deputy Manager (Liaison Officer) –> | 1st class PG Degree in Personnel Management or Public Administration with MBA (Full Time). Minimum 09 years experience. |
| Junior Medical Assistant –> | Diploma in Nursing. Must have their names registered in the State Nursing Council. |
| Junior Fireman –> | SSLC (Matriculation). Must have completed Fireman’s Certificate Course from NFSC, Nagpur / State / Central Government Fire Service Institute. The duration of the course shall not be less than Six Months |
Selection Process: Written Test only for Junior Medical Assistants and Junior Fireman posts; In case of Fireman, Skill Test will have to be undertaken. For all other Posts, Interview will be conducted.
Application Fee: ₹ 1000/- for General Managers, ₹ 250/- for Junior medical Assistant & Junior Fireman, ₹ 500/- for all other posts. There is no fee for SC / ST, PWD and Ex-serviceman candidates.
