Qualification and Experience:
| General Manager (Works) –> | (1) Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering. (2) Minimum 25 years Post Qualification experience. |
| Company Secretary –> | (1) Graduate in any discipline. (2) Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI. (3) Degree in Law will be added advantage. (4) Experience - 12 years for E-4, 08 years for E-3, 05 years for E-2. |
