Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment post of Drugs Inspector in the Tamil Nadu Medical Service and Junior Analyst in the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service. The last date for registration of online applications is 12th May 2019.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years for General candidates; No age limit for reserved category (SCs, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes).
Eligibility: Applicants should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil Language.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
| Drugs Inspector –> | A Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology. |
| Junior Analyst –> | (1) A Degree in Pharmacy or A Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Degree in Chemistry. (2) Experience in the analysis of drugs for a period of not less than one year in the case of persons possessing a degree in Pharmacy or a Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry with Analytical Chemistry as a special subject and for a period of not less than two years in the case of persons possessing a degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry. |
Application Fee: ₹ 150/- One time registration fee (05 years Validity). For Examination Fee - ₹ 200/- for Drugs Inspector post, ₹ 150/- for Junior Analyst post and ₹ 200/- for Drugs Inspector and Junior Analyst posts.
Selection Process: Written Examination (Objective type - OMR Method) and Oral Test. The exam consist of two papers: Paper I (Subject) and Paper II (General Studies).
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates apply online through TNPSC Exams Portal. The last date for registration of online applications is 12/05/2019.

Tentative date of Written Examination (Paper I) -> 23/06/2019 (10 AM to 1 PM)
