Educational Qualification:
| (1) Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university (OR) any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government. |
| (2) If candidates having Integrated dual Degree (Direct 12th pass after post graduates) should ensure that the date of passing the Dual Degree on or before 31st August 2019. |
| (3) Final year / semester students can al so apply. But, the candidates have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31st August 2019 |
