National Housing Bank (NHB) Recruitment of Assistant Managers Scale I for filling up 15 vacancies in 2019-20. Age Limit: 21 to 28 years as on 1st March 2019. i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 02.03.1991 and not later than 01.03.1998 (both days are inclusive). Relaxation of upper age limit: 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC NCL, Plus 10 years for PWD.
Pay Scale: Starting Basic Pay is ₹ 23,700/- per month in the scale of ₹ 23,700 - 980 / 7-30,560 - 1,145/ 2-32,850-1,310/ 7-42,020 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
Educational Qualification:
| (1) A full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% marks in SC / ST / PwBD category) (OR) |
| (2) A full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification. |
| (3) No experience is required, any relevant experience would be given weightage. |

(2) Preference will be given to candidates having Professional/ MBA degree.

CFO ->
(1) Should have strong academic credentials and be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Additional advanced qualifications like CPA, CFA or FSA will be an added advantage.
(2) Minimum of 18 years of broad experience in the finance function in banks/large corporates/ PSUs/ FIs/ financial services organization is essential, out of which minimum 10 years of experience in Banks/FIs.
