Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) invites online applications for Recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, Chemical, Mineral and Finance discipline for filling up 20 vacancies. The online registration process will be start from 23rd March 2019 and close on 12th April 2019.

Age Limit: 28 years for General and EWS category. Cut off age limit is 31/12/2018.
Emoluments and Pay Scale: ₹ 40800/- per month as stipend for 01 year training, After successful training, the MTs will be absorbed as Engineers/ Officers in the E-1 grade of the pay of ₹ 16400-40500 (under revision) with a basic pay of ₹ 16400/-.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Selection Process: Written Examination, Personal Interview, Pre-Employment Medical Examination, C & A Verification etc.

Educational Qualifications:
Company Secretary ->
(1) Essential - Graduate Degree in any discipline. Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should have membership of the ICSI.
(2) Experience - 09/12 years of post-membership experience in executive cadre in the Secretarial Department in Central PSU/ State PSU and or Public limited or listed Company.
(3) Desirable - Degree in law, Computer proficiency.
Deputy Manager (HRM) ->
(1) Essential - Bachelor's degree in any discipline and PG Degree/PG Diploma/ MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management / Labour Management / Organizational Development/ Human Resources Development / Labour welfare from institutes/ universities recognized by AICTE.
(2) Experience - 06 years post qualification executive experience.
(3) Desirable - Degree in law, Computer proficiency.
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 100/- by way of Demand Draft payable in favour of Indian Rare Earths Ltd., Mumbai. There is no fee for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwD, Ex-serviceman and women candidates. Selection Process: The selection procedure shall comprise of any / or a combination of the following:-
