West Bengal Police Male Constable Recruitment notification has been released on 4th February 2019. Eligible Indian Citizens who have passed minimum Madhyamik with required physical qualifications apply for Constables for filling up 8419 vacancies in West Bengal Police Departments. The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) will conduct WB Police Constable 2019 recruitment through Online and offline application mode, apply from 5th February 2019 to 5th March 2019.

Recruitment to the post of Constables (Male) in West Bengal Police – 2019

Educational Qualifications:

(1) Candidates must have passed Madhyamik Examination / Matriculation / 10th class pass from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.

(2) Language - (i) The applicant must be able to speak, read and write the Bengali language. However, this provision will not be applicable to the persons who are permanent residents of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts. (ii) For the applicant of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong District, the provisions laid down in the West Bengal Official Language Act, 1961 will be applicable.
