Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (TN MRB) Chennai invites online applications from eligible Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates for direct recruitment of various shortfall vacancies on temporary basis to the post of Pharmacist, Audiometrician, Dental Hygienist, Prosthetics Craftsman, ECG Technician, Lab Technician, Radiographer, Nurses, Physiotherapist and Assistant Surgeon in Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service and Tamil Nadu Medical Service.

Educational Qualifications:
| Pharmacist –> | A Diploma in Pharmacy. Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council. |
| Audiometrician –> | Must have passed Higher Secondary (HSC) with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry, Biology with ant one of the related subjects. Must have passed a One year certificate course in Audiometry from Government Medical Institutions. |
| Dental Hygienist –> | Minimum SSLC Pass with Dental Hygienist course passed from any recognised Dental Institution in India. |
| Prosthetic Craftsman –> | Higher Secondary examination passed and Must have obtained two years diploma in Prosthetics and orthotics or its equivalent Diploma course. |
| ECG Technician –> | Must have passed PUC under old regulations (or) Matric with 12th class pass. Must have passed one year certificate course in Electro Cardiogram or Treadmill Technician conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. |
| Lab Technician –> | 02 years Diploma in Laboratory Technology course. |
| Radiographer –> | Must have passed two years Diploma course in Radio Diagnosis Technology. |
| Assistant Surgeon –> | MBBS Degree. |
| Physiotherapist –> | A Degree in Physiotherapy. |
| Nurse –> | Degree or Diploma in Nursing. |
Selection Process: Selection will be made based on the marks scores by the candidates in their academic and technical qualifications. Written Examination will be required for Assistant Surgeon and Nurse posts. There is no oral test / interview for all positions.
