| Operation & Maintenance Supervisor – Probationer –> | Full time Diploma or Diploma through lateral entry in Mechanical / Electrical / Survey Engineering. At least 60% marks aggregate or equivalent CGPA. |
| Chemist – Probationer –> | B.Sc. Degree Honours in Chemistry. |
| Junior Personal Assistant –> | Graduate degree with 50% marks in aggregate or Honours Graduate in any discipline. Candidates must know operation of MS Office with minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and Computer key depression speed of 8000 per hour. Knowledge of typing in Bengali font is desirable. |
| Office Executive –> | Graduate degree with 50% marks in aggregate or Honours graduate in any discipline. |
| Staff Nurse –> | Higher Secondary or equivalent in any stream with Degree or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. |
| Radiographer –> | Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from WBCHSE or equivalent with 2 years Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) / DRD (Tech.). |
| Assistant Sub Inspector (Security) –> | Ex-Servicemen having Higher Secondary (Class XII Board) qualification with at least 5 years service in regular Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of India and includes BSF, CISF, ITBP, SSB only. Experience of looking into Industrial Security at any Central PSU, State PSU will be preferred. |
| Operator / Technician –> | 50% Marks in Madhyamik or equivalent examination with ITI Trade certificate / Broad Based Basic Training (BBBT). |
| Assistant Teacher (High School) –> | Honours Graduate / Master Degree in relevant subject with at least 50% marks at the respective level and Bachelors Education (B.Ed.). |
| Assistant Teacher (Primary School) –> | Matric with 12th class (Higher Secondary) Pass with 02 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). |
