Educational Qualifications:
| Staff Nurse, GNM –> | Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (OR) B.Sc Nursing by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State/ Government of India Registration from State Nursing Council. |
| ANM –> | 02 Years Certified diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State/GoI. Registration from State Nursing Council. |
| OT Technician –> | (1) B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OR) Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology. (2) 01 year Diploma in Computer Application. |
| Diploma Technician –> | Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or Certified Course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent |
| Pharmacist –> | Intermediate with Certified Diploma in Pharmacy by any Recognized Institute Approved by Pharmacy Council of State/GoI. Registration from State Nursing Council. |
| Nursing Mentor –> | B.Sc. Nursing/ M.Sc. Nursing. At least 03 to 05 years experience. |
| Opthalmic Assistant –> | 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant from Recognized University/Institution or Equivalent. Registered with State Council. |
| QI Mentor –> | Degree (B.Sc.) / Post Graduate in Nursing. |
