Qualification and Experience:
Engineer 'D' (Civil) ->
(1) ME/ M.Tech/ Equivalent OR Ph.D in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
(2) Minimum 02 years experience in civil engineering construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, water management systems/ PH works including Contract Management.
Engineer 'C' (Civil) ->
(1) Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with 60% marks.
(2) 01 - 02 years experience in construction and maintenance of various services in an Institutional building, including preparation of estimates, work specifications, measurements and billing.

(3) 05 years service in Grade Pay 4200/ 4600/ 4800 level or equivalent TME with Diploma in Management OR 6 years service in Grade Pay 4200/ 4600/ 4800 level or with equivalent TME (total monthly emoluments.
