Educational Qualification: First division in M.Sc. Post Graduate in Basic Science + NET (OR) 1st Division BE / B.Tech + NET / GATE (OR) M.E. / M.Tech with 1st Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate Level.

The Candidates should produce degree certificates/ testimonials in original at the time of interview along with self-attested photocopies.

Essential Qualification:
Library & Information Science -> Diploma in Library Science (Two Years) (OR) Degree in Library & Information Science from recognized University/ Institute.
Computer Science -> Degree in Computer Science (B. Tech only) from recognized University/ Institute.
Note: Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any institute/ organisation are not eligible and only those who have passed out in 2015 or later can only apply. A certificate in this regard may be furnished.
Selection Process: Interview.

The Completed applications alongwith the photocopies of required documents are required to reach to the "Director DESIDOC, Metcalfe House, Delhi-110054". the last date of submitting the application proforma is 21 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News Paper (24 - 30 June 2017 Issue) (i.e. Last date will be 14/07/2017).

Eligibility: The candidate who have obtained less than 60% marks in their final exams and passed out before the year 2011 will not be considered for Apprenticeship.
