Government of Tamil Nadu Forest Department (TN Forest) invites online applications for recruitment of Forester and Forest Guard positions under Tamil Nadu Forest Uniformed Services Recruitment Committee (TNFUSRC) in Tamil Nadu Forest Department. The last date for submission of online registration of application is 5th November 2018.

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years for General; 21 to 35 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all Castes.

Educational Qualifications:

Forester	Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with any one of the following subjects: Agriculture or Animal Husbandry or Botany or Chemistry or Computer Applications / Computer Science or Engineering (All Engineering subjects including Agricultural Engineering) or Environmental Science or Forestry or Geology or Horticulture or Marine Biology or Mathematics or Physics or Statistics or Veterinary Science or Wildlife Biology or Zoology.
Forest Guard	A pass in Higher Secondary (Matric with 12th class) Course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology or Botany as one of the subjects.
Forest Guard with Driving License	(1) A pass in Higher Secondary (Matric with 12th class) Course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology or Botany as one of the subjects. (2) Must possess a valid Driving licence (Heavy Motor Vehicle / Light Motor Vehicle) issued by the competent Transport Authority. (3) Must possess basic knowledge about the general mechanism of automobiles. (4) Must possess first aid certificate issued by the recognized organization in Tamil Nadu.

Selection Process: Physical Standards Verification, Endurance Test and Personality Test.

Examination Fee: ₹ 250/- for Forester and ₹ 150/- for Forest Guard posts. The fee should be made through online payment gateway or Online generation of Challan and payment at designated branches of Indian Bank.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates should apply only online mode in the Tamil Nadu Forest Department TNFUSRC.IN official's website from 15th October 2018. The last date for submission of online application is 5th November 2018.
